Circonstance is an HR consulting firm founded by Constance, which supports both businesses and individuals: recruitment, part-time HR services, skills assessments, career transition coaching, and educational guidance. A single point of contact, a customized approach, and a positioning designed to bridge the gap between talent and companies.

For Circonstance, we started from a universe inspired by the Irish countryside: textures, serif typography, paper materials.
An editorial and premium approach that adopts the conventions of print to bring a truly human touch, far removed from the cold codes of the HR sector.
The identity needed to convey the tailored nature of the support without appearing rigid. a discreet acronym representing the firm's 4 areas of expertise.
